The Strategic Presence helps clients communicate with clarity, calm authority, and the kind of presence that gets remembered.
The room does not remember
what you said. It remembers
how you made it feel.
The Strategic Presence is a communication coaching practice for those who want to speak with greater clarity, composure, and impact when the stakes are high.
This is not generic public speaking advice. The work focuses on how people think, speak, and show up in the moments that shape how they are seen — from interviews and presentations to leadership conversations, visible opportunities, and rooms that carry weight.
The goal is not simply to sound more confident. It is to communicate with structure, calm authority, and a presence that earns trust.
Ability alone is not always enough. The people who are remembered, trusted, and chosen are often the ones who can communicate clearly under pressure.
The Strategic Presence was built around that belief: that communication is not just about performance, but about clarity of thought, steadiness in the moment, and the discipline to express ideas well when it matters most.
Engagements are tailored to the client, the moment, and the level of preparation required.
I spent 18 years at Citi, UBS, Corpay, and Bridgestone — leading marketing across billion-dollar platforms, managing teams of 12+, and sitting in rooms where how you showed up determined what happened next.
What I kept seeing was the same pattern at every level: the people who moved forward weren’t always the most technically capable. They were the ones who could communicate with clarity and authority when the pressure was real.
That observation built The Strategic Presence — and it’s why I coach both professionals at every stage and teenagers. Whether you’re just starting out and need to own a room before you’ve earned the title, a director who should be advancing but isn’t landing, or a parent watching your child go quiet when it matters most — the work is the same. Clarity under pressure. Presence that earns trust. Taught before the stakes get brutal, or refined when they already are.
Every engagement is tailored, but the work is always practical. Depending on the need, sessions may include structured thinking, live speaking practice, mock interviews, presentation refinement, real-time feedback, and coaching on composure under pressure.
The goal is not polished language alone. It is communication that feels clear, credible, and effective when it matters most.
A small-group coaching program that teaches teenagers to think clearly, speak with structure, and hold their presence — in interviews, leadership applications, oral exams, and every high-stakes moment before the real ones begin.
“Every time you’ve said ‘I knew what I meant but it didn’t come out right’ — that’s exactly what this fixes.”
“The moment your child answers a hard question clearly, calmly, and without filler words — and you can see the room take notice — that’s what six sessions builds.”
A few words from those who have experienced the work firsthand.
The Strategic Presence made a meaningful difference in communication. Over five sessions, we saw clear growth in clarity, confidence, and the ability to express thoughts more effectively. Richa’s coaching was thoughtful, structured, and deeply personalized, and the final mock interview experience was especially valuable. The growth from beginning to end was remarkable.
We’re really encouraged by how much growth we’ve seen through the program. There is greater confidence, clearer thinking, and more composure under pressure. The PREP structure has helped bring more clarity and organization to spoken responses, and it has been a joy to see that growth become more visible and natural over time. A special thank you to Richa for making such a meaningful impact.
Whether you are preparing for a specific opportunity or looking to communicate with greater clarity and authority more broadly, I would be glad to hear more.
